Networking and Connecting

Being a victim of parental alienating behaviours can not only be isolating, but detrimental to your mental and physical health.  With EMMM we are creating a community of like-minded parents to network, socialise, discuss and seek support from each other to navigate the complex and torturous journey.  By joining this community, you are helping us build a better future.

Continuing Education and Resources

Navigating through the legal system is extremely hard and often a scary experience.  Even those familiar with the laws of this country find it emotionally challenging, especially during the vulnerable times parents go through whilst a separation is in hand.  At EMMM we believe knowledge is power, and we are devoted to developing resources, collaborating with industry specialists and displaying information to our members in a seamless and accessible manner so that our parents can learn from these resources to fight their battles through the judicial system.  We are also in the process of building education programs for our alienated children and parents with the hope and ambition that we can be a helpful and credible resource for both consumers and the Judiciaries to rely upon in making their decisions.

Active Lobbying

There is clear evidence about issues with the legislation and some questionable resources floating around.  In addition to this, it is evident through our interactions with thousands of parents and children that the current legislation and infrastructure around this subject is naive, not evidence based and in need of urgent reform.  EMMM is creating an ecosystem of like-minded, passionate individuals and corporates willing to stand behind this organisation to make our voices louder and clearer for the Government to hear us.  By uniting under this one organisation, we will endeavour to make some meaningful policy and legislative changes that are much needed in this space, and we need your help to make this happen.  Join today so that you can help shape the future of family law and parental laws in Australia.

We are calling for Australian law to recognise and respond to child coercive control and alienating behaviours as serious forms of psychological abuse and family violence, particularly where children are manipulated into rejecting safe relationships or where legal and protective systems are misused to intensify that harm.
